• Agree and adhere to venue health and safety rules and regulations.

• Ticket holders may be subject to search and seizure of dangerous or banned objects.

• The event organizer or security detail holds the right to confiscate items deemed dangerous or harmful to the event.

• The ticket holder, in his capacity as a venue attendee, agrees to the photographs, videos, and recorded sound clips that may be published on the Internet.

• The event organizer is not responsible for the physical injuries, illnesses, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or the loss or damage of property for reasons caused by or related to the activity.

The event organizer maintains the right to request visitor information for confirmation, requiring a valid national ID or Iqama.

• Tickets for People with Disabilities require presentation and verification of the People with Disabilities Card with the Discover Culture customer support team.

• All event prices are inclusive of VAT.

• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

• Ticket holders must adhere to their assigned seat number or section (if available).

• Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event date, time, location, and age restrictions. They must also arrive early at the event location. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers, in which case the ticket holder may not demand a refund or replacement

• Tickets must be unused.
• The entire order must be exchanged, not just a part of it.
• Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
• The ticket holder is responsible for any price difference between the existing and new ticket.
• Only a single exchange is permitted.

 Refund Policy Workshops Manara Art

• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or date change, refunds will be issued within 14 days or more according to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued after the event start time.
• Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
• For medical condition refunds, a copy of the medical report must be provided.
• For flight-related refunds, a copy of the flight reservation must be provided.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days or more according to the original payment mechanism, upon request of the ticket holder.
