Ticket Terms and Conditions
• Ticket Use Agreement: By using this ticket, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable• Compliance with Event Rules: You are bound by event rules and any additional terms provided by the organizer
• Event Changes: In case of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, the ticket value will be credited to your electronic wallet. You may use this credit for the same or another event by the service provider. Credits are valid for the current season only
• Ticket Holder Responsibilities: Verify event details, arrive early, and respect age restrictions. Latecomers may be denied entry without compensation
• Security Check: Ticket holders and belongings may be subject to searches. Prohibited items will be confiscated
• Price Inclusions: All ticket prices include VAT.
• Camera and Video Restrictions: Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted.
• Media Consent: Ticket holders consent to their media capture and use for event-related purposes.
• Liability: The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Reselling Tickets: Tickets resold outside the webook platform will be canceled without refund.
• Removal of Disruptive Attendees: The organizer may remove disruptive attendees.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue; designated areas may be provided.
• Food Policy: Bringing outside food or drinks is forbidden. All food and drinks must be consumed in the restaurant area, not inside the playing area.
• Entry Fees: Free entry for children below 1 year only.
• Entry Conditions: You must wear socks provided by the location before entering the play area. Children cannot leave the location if their parent’s cards and wristbands do not match. Parents must collect their children before the end time. Children under 6 years of age must not be left alone without parental or guardian supervision
• Admission Fees: Individuals above 18 years will be charged as adults
• Time Modification: After purchasing the ticket, the time cannot be modified or changed
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time
• Entry Time: You can enter the location during the reservation time but must adhere to the exit time
• Complaints: Any complaints must be submitted to “Tarfeeh Portal” by visiting (cx.gea.gov.sa) within a maximum of 3 days from the occurrence date
