By acknowledging this, I understand and accept that I have read and agreed to the disclaimer and accept full responsibility for following the terms and conditions outlined in this document, as well as any future provisions that may be imposed

Before you begin Doos Karting , please read and understand the following

• Players with the following conditions are not permitted to play: pregnant women, individuals with back injuries, neck injuries, vertebral injuries in general, heart disease, high blood pressure, joint diseases, prosthetics, or those who have undergone recent surgery.
• Disclose if a child suffers from autism, Down syndrome, or any other mental illness.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are not permitted.
• Dangerous tools are not permitted

I understand that:

• I am responsible for my safety and that of other players at all times, and I must follow the rules.

• I must play safely and avoid engaging in risky behavior that could result in injury, death, or damage to equipment. If something happens, I am solely responsible, and Malahi is not liable for any incidents caused by me.
• I am responsible for any disruptive activities in the facility, machines, or games caused by me or other players with me.
• I waive my right to future claims in the event of death or injury against Malahi, its members, employees, agents, directors, or related persons for unintentional mistakes.
• I am fully liable for any false claims, deaths, injuries, or damage to public or company property. In the event of personal or public damage, I or my family must pay all financial damages and fees incurred. Similarly, I must bear the company’s indemnification for any losses incurred.
• Malahi has my permission to contact me by phone or email and use my personal information for promotional purposes.
• Visitors or players must follow the Terms and Conditions, and Malahi reserves the right to refuse admission to any visitor or player.
• Malahi teams and management have the right to reject and take action against any unacceptable behaviors, including blacklisting me from entering other branches.
• Players must purchase socks and clothing from the branch because they are not permitted to enter play areas without them.
• Malahi is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of players.
• Malahi has the right to use recordings or photographs for advertising purposes.
• Malahi reserves the right to use my data for social media.
• I understand that music and audio content are components of the entertainment games, and I do not have the right to claim or refund the ticket amount due to them.
• Malahi is permitted to have cameras inside and outside their branches for monitoring and safety.
• Players must follow the instructors in all branches; disobedience is not permitted.
• Negligence may cost a player their life, so it should be noted that Malahi is not responsible for players’ neglect.
• I am responsible for guidelines and safety during my stay at Malahi, and the center disclaims all liability for any injuries or accidents that occur due to my negligence or failure to follow instructions.
• Malahi is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or violation of regulations.
• I cannot request Malahi to close security cameras, music, or monitoring systems.
• If players violate or circumvent the rules or ignore the operators, they have no right to a refund or claim and will be barred from playing and removed from the game immediately.
• Malahi welcomes and respects everyone in the community, and for that, players and their guardians must be mentally and physically healthy for everyone’s safety.
• In the event of a dispute between players or their families, Malahi disclaims all responsibility.
• Malahi disclaims responsibility for natural disasters or risks beyond its control.
• Malahi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions periodically without prior reference or notice to any other party.
• Customers may be required to re-sign the disclaimer every 24 months.

• Any activity in each branch requires a certain height and weight, so customers should inquire before payment.

Packages and Deposit:

I fully understand that:

• Packages bought at the branch or online are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• A fee of 5 SAR must be paid at the branch for each card.
• Personal information, age, price, and packages must be correct before purchase; otherwise, tickets and packages will not be refunded.
• Any weekday booking change costs 45 SAR, and weekend booking changes cost 90 SAR.
• I must arrive on time to avoid a delay or cancellation; late arrivals will result in the booking expiring without compensation.
• Tickets or packages cannot be exchanged with someone else without the permission of the owner.
• Malahi has the full right to seek compensation starting at 500 SAR for any breakage or damage inside or outside the property.
• Malahi reserves the right to change prices, times, and offers at any time.
• It is against the law to record or photograph others without their permission.
• It is not permitted to bring any type of camera into the play area.
• Players must not wear thobe or abaya because they are unsafe for games.
• Players should remove any accessories that may endanger or injure them or others.

• It is illegal to wear clothing with images or phrases that are offensive to local society.
