In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event:
• Every attendee must purchase a separate ticket.
• Children must be at least 14 years old to attend without a companion.
• Companions must hold a separate ticket.
• Ticket prices are non-refundable.
• If the ticket is resold outside the official platform, it will be cancelled without any refund.
• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or date change by the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded.
• The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and age restriction of the event. Early arrival is mandatory, and late entries may be refused without the right to claim a refund or compensation.
• Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.
• All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to search upon entering the venue.
• Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item considered a security risk or that may damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food trucks will be available.
• Animals are not allowed.
• Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted at the venue.
• The ticket holder consents to photographs, videos, and audio recordings of themselves being captured and used in printed and electronic media, including the internet.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the premises. The use of lighters and matches is also prohibited, except in designated smoking areas.
• The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or loss or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.
• The organizer has the right to remove anyone who engages in behavior contrary to the event’s rules.
• Adherence to the rules of public decency in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the country.
• In case of a complaint, it must be submitted to “Tarfeeh Portal” by visiting (cx.gea.gov.sa) within a maximum of 3 days of the occurrence date
